Terms and conditions of sale
Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the products offered on clearifywater.ch, operated by El-Ghandour Vitae, a sole proprietorship with its registered address at Rue Denis-de-Rougemont 16, 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
Acceptance of the terms
Any order placed on this site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
Products
The products offered for sale are described precisely on clearifywater.ch. They remain the property of El-Ghandour Vitae until payment is made in full.
Orders
Orders placed on the site are considered firm and final once payment is validated. El-Ghandour Vitae reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the site are in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. Accepted payment methods are: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT.
Delivery
Delivery is available within Switzerland only. Delivery times are indicative and stated at the time of ordering. El-Ghandour Vitae cannot be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
Customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with our return policy.
Warranties
Products are warranted against hidden defects in accordance with applicable Swiss law.
Liability
El-Ghandour Vitae cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the products sold on clearifywater.ch.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender for a reason such as "unclaimed" or "not at the stated address", El-Ghandour Vitae is not required to refund the customer. Customers have 7 days to collect their parcel from the carrier. After this period, the parcel will be returned to sender.
Disputes and governing law
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Neuchâtel under Swiss law.
