Return and refund policy

Disclaimer: Please check carefully all the information provided when placing your order, in particular the delivery address. El-Ghandour Vitae accepts no liability for input errors or their consequences. Reshipping costs caused by an error on your part will be at your expense.

Return window

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your ClearifyWater water filter.

Return conditions

To be accepted, a return must meet the following conditions:

  • The filter body and its adapters must be clean, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • Both filter cartridges must be intact, unopened and must never have come into contact with water.

⚠️ You can test whether the filter fits your tap by screwing on the filter body without installing the cartridges. Any cartridge that has been opened or has come into contact with water is considered used and makes the entire order non-returnable and non-refundable.

Any item that is incomplete, damaged or does not meet these conditions will be refused.

Return procedure

1 — Start your request

Contact us at clearifywater@ik.me within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the return address and your return label. Please do not send your parcel to our administrative address.

2 — Prepare and send your parcel

Place the return label in your parcel together with all items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund

Once your parcel has been received and inspected, El-Ghandour Vitae will process your refund within 10 business days.

Initial delivery charges will be refunded if the product did not meet your expectations, provided that the entire order is returned under the conditions described above.

The refund will be issued via the payment method used for your order:

  • Visa / Mastercard: credited to your bank card
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: credited to the linked payment method
  • TWINT: refunded to your TWINT account
